- Delivery & Shipping
We deliver our products within Latvia and the Baltic states via Omniva parcel machines. Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days after the order is processed. - Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)
In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and EU Consumer Rights regulations, customers generally have the right to return standard products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be completely unused, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The customer is fully responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
- Custom and Personalized Orders (Exception)
PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with Article 22 of the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 (Noteikumi par distances līgumu), the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, are clearly personalized, or tailored to custom sizes/requirements. All custom, tailored, and personalized orders are final and non-refundable. - Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at edlenleather@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or solution. - Company Details
